Terms and conditions
1. Client’s photos/videos will be used for promotion, if the client does not consent, an additional 50% of the package price will be charged.
2. Raw images will be delivered via Google Drive/Client Pendrive within 7 days of the end of the program.
3. Please submit the video song list within seven days.
4. Final delivery will be given within 20 days after Client Selection.
5. We will not have any backup of the client’s files after 30 days of final delivery.
6. Wedding heritage will no longer be responsible for the images/videos after 30 days of final delivery.
7. if any images/videos are accidentally missing from Wedding heritage before final delivery, the client’s full payment wilI be refunded and Wedding heritage will not be held responsible in any way.
8. Booking money is non-refundable.
9. Full dues must be paid on the last day of the program.
10. If the program is outside Dhaka, the client will have to bear the accommodation food and transportation expenses
